I signed up for the Premium FIXYA ACCOUNT. Seven days free then charged if you like it. GOT SOME ANSWERS BUT I GOT BETTER ANSWERS BY LOCATING A SERVICE REP BY MYSELF. SEEM LIKE YOUR PEOPLE WERE RUSHED OR JUST TRYING TO TELL ME ENOUGH TO THINK I HAVE TO SEND IN PRINTER TO YOUR CENTER... ANY WAY I WANT TO CANCEL JACK DAVIS 903 S. It seems like almost no-one ever pays the reward they set for their problem. I don't mind giving free advice, but I don't want this to be a complete waste of my time. how can i remedy this?


There is no remedy. This is the way it works.

I am an old expert and it is the same with me. Today I started about five or six hours ago and I did one single premium question and a couple of un-claimed bid questions. I won't probably earn anything.
In a lucky day you may earn more , but you cannot expect to earn a real salary. There are posters that try to use the system loopholes to earn money. Those may earn few extra coins, but some of them gets banned from time to time.
Last year it was a bit better. Crowd-sourcing is still in its innovation phase. This is what we got right now.

I would try to find other motivations for giving answers (helping others, showing your skills, the pleasure of winning a challenge etc.), and to welcome the rewards when they come. That is what I am trying to do.

Premium membership problem


It shows that the your application is rejected. But it should change to this only after seven not three days. There may be a technical issue with the site which are not uncommon (but are corrected in a short time). In addition you should have received an e-mail like "You are missing something...".

Continue providing free answers and reapply after seven days or your application will not be accepted. Keep in mind the rules of answering and you will be accepted. I got my approval in less than a month.

As a guide look at Lauren's solutions, tips and tricks and Robotek's guide.

Its not that your answer's were not good but Fixya also requires you to have spent some time here. Don't worry your solutions are good.

I usually e-mail Lauren or fixya staff for any issues with the site. You can try that also. The reply is usually within 3 days. Support e-mail address can be found in FAQs. You can also interact with other experts by visiting the lounge. Hope this was of some help.

Hi,

You have an Option If you wish you can Post and Question without any charge. However, this would be an Open Forum. Anyone can Answer your Question and it might take N number of days.

However,

There is a Premium Option as well where you could pay a nominal charge and speak to any of the Approved Experts.

It's totally on you. You would be able to get Quality answers even if you post it for FREE.
