My Model B60 sounds like a cement mixer when in the brewing mode. Is ther something I can do to make this thing a little more quite when we have guests?

Some of the noise in our machine was coming from the stainless steel plate so I took a couple of small pieces of a sticky mailing label and put them on each side where the plate fits into the holder (having it kind of curve up the side) and it definitely dampened some of the noise. The plate hides the white label and the thickness is just enough to stop the plate from moving while brewing.
