Question about Motorola Mobility W375 Cellular Phone
Have u got a usb cable? if u do try and shrink the song to 20secs on ur computer a gud program is nero wav editor save it as a mp3 file and drag to the phone i had the same problem at the start

If it can play mp3 ringtones, if it can play midi's.. how can you say it does not support music files?

first u need to down load a program called 'switch'
complete the instal
run the program switch sound file converter
open ur song in this program down the bottom u will see a convertion thing make sure that this is set to (Mp3) then hit convert
ur song must be under 1 mb u can shorten it in wave sound pad conveter

An easy way to put music to your Motorola phone is to use a File Manager like M-Explorer or P2kTools since it does not have a Memory Card. You will need to install the drivers for your phone first before you can use these File Managers.
I am not sure if I can post the download links here so I recommend that you google the File Managers to get them. For the Drivers, you can download them at the MotoDev site.
