Durabrand customer service 1-800-252-6123. I got this number from Lenoxx electronics customer service. They could not help me with an ac/dc for my PDV 709 but maybe they can help you.

you can buy an aftermarket brand that is the same as the Durbrand ac/cd adapter model Tad-10 here:
