Well, it was weird. I wasn't low on toner, but when I replaced cartridge with new one, the white stripes were gone. It seems something went wrong in it.
Though I'll see to wipe out the transfer roller.

There will be something covering a small patch of the laser mirror. Find the laser mirror inside the machine (Normally above where the cartridge sits) and wipe this with a clean cloth. Other than taking the cartridge out there is no dissassembly required.
Hi I am Vortash yes this is either a contaminated drum or Roller . it will need to be serviced and cleaned by an engineer .. it could be the heat roller also scorched .. Regards Vortash
there is probably toner on the laser. take a small vacuum cleaner and vacuum out the printer. DO NOT blow out the printer as it may scratch the mirror on the laser. Also take a cloth and some rubbing alcohol and wipe off all the visible surfaces inside the printer.
That has to do with the laser unit and/or the white shading plate.
First remove the platen glass and clean the white strip on the bottom side. BE CAREFUL FOR THE GRAY OR BLACK LINE ON THE STRIPE IF YOU WIPE IT WITH A SOLVENT AND REMOVE THE LINE YOU ARE DONE.
If the unit is making a whining noise it is probably the laser unit polygon motor.
If the scanner mirror system is hanging or not returning to home position check to see that the scanner lock on the underside of the scanner where the paper comes out is unlocked.
