Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I live in England and have just returned from holiday in New York where I bought an Infitek MP4 unit.
Now I am home I have connected it to my laptop to put some music on it and all I see when the MP4 is switched on is "Empty Disc" in the Music section.
Having tried to download into the MP4 by all methods I can think of -inluding the " cut and paste" of a new folder I am now stuck.
Any ideas out there ???
I bought one to from there and i live in scotland all you do is open up the folder and drag the music and put it in and it works as i tryied it over there but when i got home tryed to plug it in and it say it doesnt have a driver thats why mine doesn't work do you have any ideas

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
