you need to
purchase a lazer disc cleaner it looks and works just like a normal dvd disc
but it has brushes on it that when put through the player brushes the dust of
the laser lens this needs to be done on a regular bases to keep your lazer
working to its optimum level and hense fixing your problem.

Note: It is possible that the problem you have may be game play related.
