Question about HP LaserJet 2840 Printer
When we make copies running thru the fax/ copy they come out with 2 black lines on each side of the paper about 3" from the edge. What is this coming from?
There is a thin strip of glass that you will see when you lift the top feeder. There is most likely white-out on it.
When you use the top feeder, it doesn't use the large glass, it only 'rolls' the original document over this small strip of glass.
