Hi, If the led light flashes green continuously, the fault came from the DM power supply. The faulty parts there are the electrolytic capacitors. Let me know if your handy with electronics and I will assist you to fix it yourself.
Defective capacitors on the DM leaving it plugged in the caps still work sice they'r e charged, But unpluggung allows them to discharge then they wont charge up again since they're defective so you get the blinking light. You can get the V26 DM repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the replacement capacitors and the CD with repair instructions.
the timer light will continually flash green.on the dm pcb and fmt pcb you have 4 capacitors
that pooch out.replace the 4 capacitors on both boards.will require a tv professional to do
this.
I purchased my WD 62725 in January of 2005 and have had way too many problems with something costing this much. My green reset button is now blinking and I have read and tried all of the suggested solutions. All of them have failed. I sure think Mitsubishi should be held more responsible than they seem to be. Some one suggested a class action lawsuit. I would sure join one. Jack P
i have seen a couples mitsubishi and i all ready talked with a tech suport from mitsubishi but they said change the capacitors in the shop were i work we do the same but the tv still doing the same then we send the dm module to them and they fixed we asked whats the real problem and they said the capacitos the best i think is send the module to them
When TV will not turn on press the menu & input buttons on TV's panel, hold for 5 seconds. Count the blinks, eg; blinks 2 then pauses then blinks again. It should do this 3 times.l With that information respond back.Or the d-board is bad.
