Echo Leaf Blower PB 2100 Cannot pull recoil starter handle. Starter cord will not move. Was winterizing it, pulled plug, put in Echo Oil, covered hole and went to pull the cord to distribute the oil and could not pull it. It will not come out of its housing.

hello , remove the spark plug,and see if you can pull the rope.if not your engine is locked up.probable from the lack of lubricant in the cylinder.can also be cylinder is full of fuel or muffler is clogged up.hope this helps.
