Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Printer won't copy or print off the computer. It has never done this before and it just happened to day. Is it ready for a new printer should I reload the drivers? What is going on?
If it won't copy as well as print, (re)loading the drivers won't help since they are not involved in the copy process. Is there any error message on the screen on the printer. Have you tried power-cycling (unplug then replug in to the wall outlet)?
And of course, the obvious: is it turned on, does it have paper loaded, are cartridges that are not empty installed?
