Re: bluetooth

You'll have to 'Pair' the two Bluetooth devices to recognize each other, it should work after that.
If it's with your PC you have to make sure the Bluetooth on the PC is compatible with your device (phone).

I have an i9 and i cant seem to get my bluetooth to work

There are two reasons your Motorola i9 will refuse to write/accept bluetooth file transfers:

  1. Your users manual states there is a bluetooth file size cap of up 6 megs, & the service provider may have locked it down even lower.
  2. DRM & 'forward-locked' files may be refused by the bluetooth file transfer function.

Here are some steps for troubleshooting your Motorola i9 bluetooth functionality:

  1. confirm that you have sufficient storage on your Motorola i9 for what you are transferring.
  2. confirm your files are < 6 megs in size
  3. confirm your files are DRM-unencumbered.

I hope that helps.
