I know this is gonna sound strange, but try putting the clicker in your freezer overnight. It is likely that the clicker needs a new batttery. Please let me know if you have already replaced the battery.

this is a long shot, put the key in the driver door, turn to unlock then try to start the car, some systems disarm when the key is used to unlock the car.
when the horn starts to honk just put the key in the ignition and turn the car to on, you can also use the key to lock and unlock the drivers door, you are activating the security system by disconnecting the battery doing the above disarms it, if it still won't disarm then you need to see the dealer on this problem
My advise is to send the job out .its a pain and if you don't disarm the SRS system its about a $1,200 dollar mistake when it inflates( not to mention the shinner it will give you). This is money well spent.
you should be able to however im not sure if it is associated with the on board system if all else fails reconnect it and maby change the batteries in the remote for a starting point
this cars some times come with an antitheft system make sure to check your owner manual and see if the system is disarm
also even if you have lights try to jump start the car and see what happend
