Printer not printing the top of the characters

when printing w/our okidata - 395 the top part of the characters are cut off. Does the printhead need replaced?

Thanks for the help... have another print head on order!

Yes quite possible pin broke on head, check ribbon is fitted correctly and has plastic sheild on front of it intact

Little silver tap just to right side of head unclicks and head just pulls out, easy to replace
