Tmc4000 voicemail light no longer flashing when...

The TMC4000 light diode no longer flashes when there are messages waiting. I have gone through the program settings to VMWI (voice mail waiting indicator) and hit reset and nothing happens.. no longer have manual...can you help?

On page 72 there are instructions for re-setting all programmed features to default, then you can start afresh...good luck
