When I turn on the machine (NP6030) view teks ''Insert a control card'', but my machine is not have control card

It may have had one fitted before?
There is a slot on one side of the control panel where a Control Card would be installed, under the control panel there is a plug/socket that the Control card unit plugs into. If the Control Card is not installed , then there should be a shorting link plug installed in its place.
It is usually the outer 2 pins that need bridging. You had better check this. It has been a few years since I looked at one of these machines.

When i put my sky viewing card its keeps on telling me insert the viewing card every minuite
Turn Off the SKY box power and leave it off for 30 mins. Put the card back in to the box and turn it back on. Also make sure your phone line is connected OK. If this does not cure the problem contact SKY for assistance and possibly a new Card. They are also replacing all the viewing cards at preasent.

Leave all the options as they are and click on 'Start'. This is a non-reversible process so make sure this is what you truly wanted to do in the first place.

Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera or any other device. Try to browse to it to make sure it works fine now.
