I try to connect to Youtube it says "cannot connect to Youtube"

have a unlocked version of iphone i have been able to use safari and other features over EDGE network but when i try to connect to Youtube it says "cannot connect to Youtube"
AND I HAVE DO : First,I get this http://soundsgood.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/files/youtube.zip

after I extract this file, I get three files. then I SHOULD put them in the /var/root/Library/Lockdown/ with WinSCP or some tools.
And I SHOULD reboot MY iPhone, then Youtube should be worked.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS I DO'T KNOW HOW TO PUT THAT TREE FILES in the /var/root/Library/Lockdown/ with WinSCP or some tools
