Re: Transferring pictures to my computer from my mobile

Many mobile phone companies force you to purchase a special cable, or pay extra for an service that allows you to upload/download pictures, ringtones, etc.

I personally have attempted to connect my phone to computer via the built in bluetooth, but have had no success moving anything between the two.

I I can not get a picture on my PC, which is sent from your mobile device

You'll have to be more specific.
How are you sending the picture from your phone to your PC? USB cable? Bluetooth? MMS?

How do get photos of my phone onto my computer through blootooth i have a usb adapter i can get songs of my phone but not photos the images wont open

Hi a_paulwhite.

When you turn on your phone you obviously should have your phone see your computer's Bluetooth device, or you wouldn't be able to transfer even the songs. When you have that screen on your phone, you should open the picture on the phone and click (usually) more options, and it should give you a option to send the photo. At which time you should choose send, and it will ask you which option do you want to send the picture. (usually) The phone will allow email, Infrared, and Bluetooth. Choose Bluetooth, and it will show all Bluetooth devices that it can reach. Your computer's name should be listed and you choose your computer. At which time your computer will ask you to accept the incoming picture and ask you where you want to save it.

That's (ususally) the way it should work.

Good Luck,

Wireless not working

You need to install the wireless drivers of your computer card to get the card working.
You will find the drivers at your computer manufacturer website /support

If you already did it, check your wireless router settings and be sure that you have a wireless network availaible to connect.

Please help me!!

It would help to know which Motorola phone you have. But sounds to me like you have only the Motorola Update software, meant to only upgrade your phone to latest Motorola operating system. In order to access your pictures, depending on your phone model, you will most likely need the Motorola Phone Tools application. Unfortunately it does not come with the phone. It can be purchased here: You can also check for aftermarket applications to access your phone. P2KCommander is one of the more popular programs.
