Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Really wierd So, this is really wierd... my MP3 player (an RCA Opal), doesn't show the little battery screen while it's charging. I have to reset it every time it's done too. Now, it won't let me add music too, because my computer says that it's not hooked up, but it charges while it's hooked up...How do I get it to work right again?

I've had two RCA OPAL MP3 players stop working on me. It won't turn on, so I plug it into the computer to charge, and it still won't turn on!!!

Possible that the battery has run down, place it on charge for a longer time to check if it comes on, if it does repeat for some day to regain the power. Also consider to reset and if possibe check within the device for a cell replacement/ memory reset. connect to PC to detect and check for memory scan/ status. Hope this helps you out. Good day

Battery life for rca OPAL m4002 player

Well, on my Opal Mp3 player, if I used it for almost a day and kept the screen on it does last for almost a day or a little over a day, but if you play the music and don't press anything and keep the screen off it should last a lot longer.
