I have having problems receiving picture messages on the above phone, I have checked with the network supplier 02 who have twice sent through the information to upload on the phone, this has made no difference. The message comes through but will not open properly and the message says that my mobile doesn't support it. I have also got someone else to send me a picture message and that will not deliver to the phone at all. Any Ideas?
Well first of all you need the settings to be correct on the phone. Go to www.sonyericsson.com for this, it will be on the support page. You need to make sure that you have your WAP settings ( are you able to connect to the mobile internet?) then you will receive a text message with instructions, once this is done you will do the same thing with the MMS (picture messaging) settings. Once both of these text messages have been received and set succesfully you need to first send a picture message before you can receive one.

Are you here to get network lock code or
phone(security) lock code? If you need to unlock your Sony Ericsson W660i from its
security lock then use default codes like 0000 or 12345. If your want to
unlock your Sony Ericsson W660i from its network lock then use unlock code to do
so. contact your service provider to get it. If they failed to provide
the code you can get it from online providers itself. Get the code from
the site Unlock-Zone.com ,and you can unlock it yourself using unlocking instructions which is given in the site itself.
Contact your network carrier. They are, most probably, storing all MMS messages addressed to your phone, on one of their servers, so that you can access them later on the internet. They are doing so because they are not aware that your phone is able to handle such messages.
Just my 2 cents...
have a check with the message settings > message center number... call to your network operator customer care and note down the message center number & insert in that message settings>message center number ... then try sending and receiving the pic messages ... if the same problem persists then just call your network operator s customer care and complain the same........... there may be some problem in your sim card they will check and tell the status ....
