Question about Canon LaserCLASS Fax 710 Printer
We have changed the toner cartidge twice with the same result. I think the machine is in econo mode for printing. I can't get into the menu system to change the settings. Can you help?
The original problem was the lighter print out. Both from the fax and the scanner. I am a professional in service, only I have no certification or support from Canon.
I do want to thank you for your response, but in the interan, I have managed to resolve the issue but taking the machine apart and removing the laser unit. Taking it apart and cleaning both the lenses in it . The machine is now running about 85% better. But I never did find a way to get into the printing menu to change the settings. Thanks again. Pat
