Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
I can download videos to the player but when you go to watch it it says non-support format detected please use the philips media converter to convert files. i used the philips converter in the first place thats how i got it on the mp3 player if you could help that would be great because i'm about to throw the stupid thing out the window.
First, download the latest version of the GoGear software on the Philips website (compat with Vista).
Second, go to the Microsoft website and enter ArcSoft Media Converter in the search box to get addl software that will make it compat with Vista.
Third, check and see if the same file has the same DRM license on both computer. SomeGoGear's only read files with DRM encryption; others only read files without it. Make sure the licesnsing is the same on both computers - the Windows Media Player with Vista may or may not have this feature (if it doesn't get a PlaysFor Sure program for vista on the Microsoft website).
