Review the movie on the camera.. if its same out of sync then its a camera.
the movie is vga 30fps stored as a mpg4 file. your computer may only handle up to mpg 2 . the sound is synced as a .wav file.
You should have software that came with camera and I would use that in downloading and storing to the computer and of couse playback or review.
if computer is over 3 years old and not at least 1.8 g processor then time for a new one.
check the minimin requirements you need to operate on puter please.

Make sure the lens is clean. Exhale on it and wipe carefully with a lens tissue. You also may want to set the "image quality" setting to "High."

Won't turn on

I've seen a lot of Casio chargers go bad, not charge the battery, and then this is what happens. I've been using an aftermarket charger and battery I got off eBay, and they work great. I've even used the aftermarket charger to "revive" batteries that the Casio charger wouldn't charge up.
