I had same problem too.
I have googled 3 days and found the solution from MULTICAN manual.
•Reset the hands-free kit:
Repeat the following sequence five times:
press the "Volume (-)" button and then the "Volume (+)".

And also F.Y.I.
•Enter the menu:
Press the following sequence twice: [SEEK up] button then the [SEEK down] button.
•Go forward through the menu: Press the "Volume (+)" button.
•Go backwards through the menu: Press the "Volume (-)" button.
•Select a menu option: Press the "Phone" button.
•Cancel a function: Long press of the "Phone" button.

Have triede the above idea with the -/+ x 5 but it does not work.
I do not have the Parrot external controller so I can't pres red and green at the same time.
And I have tried to press the "answer / hang up" at the same time for 10 seconds, but that does not help either.
Any ideas?

I've just solved that very annoying 'memory full' problem. Just turn on the parrot device and press down the red and green button at the same time. The instructions were in the user guide but they were t the end and seemed to be for the Sony Ericsson only. I have a Blackberry curve. Anyway its all working now after a month trying to figure it out

My Parrot v5.25c tells me the memory is full when trying to connect to my Galaxy S3

Hey everyone,
I have had the same issue with my VW Polo Comfortline 2012, trying to connect the Parrot v5,25C to a iPhone 4S.
I turned the ignition on and my phone Bluetooth together. I then hit the volume(-) button first then the volume(+) on the steering wheel, this has to be done in sequence - then + about 5/6 times. The car kit then said phone memory being erased and BOOM ready to pair again :-)

Its all up and running now with the pass code 1234 entered on the phone for activation.
I hope this helps!!

Where are the red and green buttons on a parrot mk6000 when it is built into the car? i can't pair my phone , parrot says memory full

If you have no red and green buttons, then turn your ignition to 0 so your parrot is visible to Bluetooth devices, but no lights on dash i.e. Not to positions 1, then slowly press + then - on the steering wheel vol controls make sure you press each one and hold for 1/2 a second repeat pressing + and - buttons 5 times, the parrot will the delete all phones and you are good to connect a new phone.

My parrot wont pick up my phone just says memory full

regarding the memory full on the message:

Ck3000, you have to press the remote control both buttons red and green at the same time to delete the memory of the kit.

The ck3100, just go to settings -> paired device and check cause there is up to five phones already paired to the kit, select and delete.

Normally you would hold down the red and green button, but you dont have this parrot button, try holding down any of the steering wheel buttons. If this dont work you may have to get the button plugged in too perform this, try contacting your installer.

1. Press the knob and select Settings > Bluetooth > Linked devices.
2. Select the telephone(s) that you no longer need.

Unable to pair with CK3100

You need to reset the Parrot first.

Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.
