Good luck!

I'm looking for this part, it's an LCD screen for my Harmony one remote.....are there any suppliers out there?

Logitech doesnt sell replacement screens like that. I suggest buying a dead remote for cheap on ebay or somewhere.

Hey!

I have found whenever the Harmony Remote is not working quite right, a firmware update will usually get it working again!!! If you dont know how to do a firmware update, the following link will show you how to do it!

http://logitech-en-emea.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/logitech_en_emea.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=10747

If this doesnt fix it, you may have to contact Logitech directly to figure out what is going on!!!

I just got a Harmony One (to replace my 1000 that died) but after programming whenever I try the touch screen it does nothing...

1. Remove the battery
2. Re-insert the battery and try again
3. Manually place the remote into 'Safe Mode' by holding Off while putting in the Battery. (Do not use the USB to put the remote into Safe Mode)
4. Update the firmware, to do this, please see below:
i. Log into the Logitech Harmony Remote Software on your computer
ii. Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen
iii. Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote
iv. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button
v. Test your remote.
5. Update the configuration.

If this does not fix the problem, please e-mail Logitech with the following information

PID# (this can be found in the battery tray of the remote):
P/N# (this can be found in the battery tray of the remote):
PID# of extender (on bottom of extender if you have it):

Harmony 550 remote - buttons not working

Hey!

Unfortunately most things you need to do would require access to the Harmony Remote Software. However, the only advise I would have is for you to remove the batteries and try putting them back in.

Sorry I couldnt be more helpful...

I suggest that you contact Logitech to see if the remote is replaceable. are you out of your warranty period? (This is 90 Day free support and 1 year for the Warranty period) Also, when contacting them, have this information ready:

The PID of the remote:
*found under the battery.
The P/N of the remote:
*also found under the battery.
The PID of the RF Wireless Extender:
The P/N of the RF Wireless Extender:
Full Name:
Phone number:
Street:
City/Town:
Country:
Zip/Postal Code:

also let them know that you have already updated the firmware.

Remote will not respond and is locked in safe mode

I realize this is a stupid response but I dealt harmony for a few years and most of the time removing the battery, waiting overnight and putting it back it fixed things.

If that doesnt work connect it to your computer, download the newest software and update your remote with the same settings and it will update the firmware.

Cheers,

My logitech harmony 890's creen stopped working

1- Remove the battery from the Harmony Remote for 10 seconds and insert it back in, and test the remote to see if the screen is displayed properly. If this does not fix the issue, please proceed with the following steps.
2- Make sure you have the latest Logitech Harmony Software (version 7.6.0) installed on your computer.
3- Connect your Harmony Remote to the computer. Run the Logitech Harmony Remote software on the computer and Login to your account.
4- Click on the "Downloads" button at the top and select "Firmware"
5- Remote will go through the firmware update, which will put the Harmony Remote back to Factory Default with the most updated firmware. Then software will ask you to select "Yes" to update the remote and click on "Next" to do a remote update, which will take the information on your account with your Devices and Activities and bring them into the Harmony Remote.
6- If this Firmware Update process does not fix the LCD screen issue, try doing a Firmware Update in "Safe Mode". To do this; remove the battery from the remote, press and hold the "Off" button on the top of the Harmony Remote and insert the battery back in to the Harmony Remote. Screen will display "Safe Mode" and then please follow the steps 3 through 5 again.

if this does not work, please try.

1. Log into the Logitech Harmony Remote Software on your computer
2. Click on the Downloads button at the top-right corner of your screen
3. Click on the Firmware button. Follow the onscreen instructions to upgrade the firmware on your Harmony remote
4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, click on the Update Remote button
5. Test your remote.

if this doesnt work, i suggest that you e-mail logitech from their website to get further assistance.

The PID of the remote:
The P/N of the remote:
The PID of the RF Wireless Extender:
The P/N of the RF Wireless Extender:
Full Name:
Phone number:
Street:
City/Town:
Country:

Please Note: The PID (Product Identification) and P/N (Part Number) for the remote can be found either on the underside of the battery cover, or at the bottom of the battery compartment (the battery might be covering it). Your PID number is a character code with a combination of letters and numbers, starting with either WL, WD, or LZ

please make sure that you tell them you have tried a firmware update.
