Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
When I open the drive c: a windows script host screen has the following messages: can not find scriptfile "c:\driveinfo.ini.vbs". Then the drive c: was not able to open.
Eexecute regedit by typing "regedit.exe" in run command or command prompt.
Search and Remove the key value present in the reg'ed values in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT & HKEY_CURRENT_USER & HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE & HKEY_USERS & HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG , If present
this may present in /software/microsoft/windows

Ok here is what you have to do..
1.) right click on the c drive and click Open if open fails use browse.
2.) there should be an autorun.inf file there, delete it.
3.) open up notepad.
enter this in it (COPY AND PASTE)
click file then save as.
in the save as type, set that to All Files
browse to Mycomputer then Local Disc C:
in the filename box save the name as
4.) In the window browser or the explorer that you opend in steps 1 and 2, right click on the file you just created and set its properties to read only..
5.) Shut down and restart.
BASICALLY WHAT WE HAVE DNE IS TO RENDER THE VIRUS USELESS SO YOU GOT ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEM
TO REMOVE COMPLETELY
1.)AVG FREE ANTIVIRUS
2.)SUPER ANTI SPYWARE REMOVER.
this will result in permenant removal of the virus..
