Install and Use a Different Web Browser: Don't use the built-in "Browser" app to browse the web. Instead, install a browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome from Google Play. Chrome only works on Android 4.0 and up, but Mozilla Firefox still works on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. These browsers include their own rendering engines, so they don't use the system's browser engine. They're also frequently updated via Google Play. You'll probably find these browsers faster than the built-in browser if you have an older device with older built-in browser code, anyway!
Avoid Browsing With Embedded Web Browsers: Just using a third-party browser won't fix everything, as you'll still be at risk if you use an embedded web browser in an app - these use the system's "WebView," which is vulnerable. Avoid browsing with embedded browsers if you have a vulnerable version of Android. Stick to a dedicated browser app like Firefox or Chrome.

I don't know the game but you could try and check if you are running the latest version of your current browser.
You could also try using a different browser. Internet Explorer is installed as your standard browser if you are using Windows. Some other (free) browsers are Firefox and Google Chrome.
If that doesn't help it could be something else, like your flash plugin not being updated.
Those are very popular games, so it's unlikely they're broken. It could be something on your computer - like a plugin component in your web browser.
Try using another web browser. If you use Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome or Firefox. If it works in another web browser, you know it's a problem with your original web browser (and you can go from there).
If it doesn't work in another web browser, try another computer.
If it doesn't work on another computer, see if you can find a friend that plays one of those games and see if it works for them.
Once you've narrowed down exactly what is broken you can try to fix it. For now your problem is still really broad.
What browser are you using? Due to some security issues, some browsers will disable the Java plug-in. This is often the case for older versions of Java. Check java.com for patches.
Check if the plug-in is enabled. In Internet Explorer, click on the Gear in the menu bar and select Manage Add-ons (scroll down to check the Java plug-in). In Firefox, go to Tools > Add-ons. Then go to the Plug-ins section. For Chrome, navigate to chrome://plugins.
If you see that Java is disabled, click on Enable and then restart the browser.
I hope this helps.

sometimes i do encounter that problem and can't play tetris battle...what i just did to resolve that is i change the browser that i'm using...for example...if you're using mozilla firefox as your browser and you encounter that error, just go to google chrome or other browser and try to play tetris... there is a time that i've already try all my browsers but i still got the same error...i just unplug the modem for about 3-5mins and i re-plug it...and after that i try to play tetris and it works... so if you don't have other browser on your computer...just restart or unplug your modem and try it again.... if it still not working and receiving same error...maybe the server or the game itself have issues connecting to the players.
You probably have the crawler virus. Go to www.malwarebytes.org and download the free version of MalwareBytes. Install it and update it. After it is updated, run a scan. Updating it is pretty straight forward. Let me know if you have any questions.
Open the Logitech Profiler. Make a new profile, name it browser and point it towards the executable file for your web browser(I have only done this with firefox). Save the profile and then use the profiler to open your web browser by clicking Play browser. From here you should be able to set up the controls to use the web.
If I understand you correctly, you need to open a letter in a web browser and it is not opening automatically. If this is happening you have one of three problems; 1. You computer does not know how to open this type document. To fix this, right click the document and go to "OPEN" and then choose your web browser program you like ( Opera, Firefox, iExplorer, etc ). You can also click the small check box to allow this document to open these documents with a web browser, EVERYTIME in the future. 2. Your document is not valid to be opened by a web browser. In this case look up the extension of the document on the Internet and find a suitable program to open it. For example: ".doc or .xyz ) 3. If you web browser is working and refuses to open it, then it may be a security problem and you will have to change your setting in the browsers, security tab.
Something may be wrong with your Controller port or the Controller itself if you cannot get out of the Browser Config Screen. Try a different Controller, or Plug you controller into a different port to see if you gain any ground. normally rebooting the console with a game disc in it will start the game automatically.
