Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Boot loader is the equivalent of an MS DOS screen after you have deleted the Whole operating system. this is the programing mode where the OS would have been installed from. Some times the hard powercycle suggested may resolve the issue. More likely though the Operating system has been deleted. this can occur if you tried to use a flash code and sometimes when trying to use an unlocl code provided by someone other than the carrier or manufacturer. Sounds like you may want to look into warranty info with your carrier or motorola.
