Motorola q

i just ordered a motorola q thats originally from verizon,but its been flashed to cricket...Its been working fine,but i have been exploring everything in it, because i didnt recieve any guides or anything. So i have been trying to figure everything out on my own. (its been really fun) The windows media player on the phone was playing all the music i put on there, and now all the sudden it wont. It says its playing it...but I dont hear anything, My phone still plays the music when i recieve phone calls, but the wmp won't let me hear any of the music. Any suggestions?
