The blue printing head is malfunctioning and must be replaced. If you can't recover a head from a junked printer then it will be cheaper just to get a new one.
This is problem may be one of the cartridges is dry or there is low level of ink .you did all the possibilities check only thing is pending the you can replace the cartridge and see the result. Have a nice day and do not forget to rate please...!
