Thanks who bob, the unit is 9 years old, but has a great picture and color for its age. I have some circuit borad knowledge ,so you think its maybe a capacitor, I know they are all different shape and sizes, would you know what area, or what circuit borad to look at. I know a cap stores energy some times they pop or look burned when bad i think they can visually look good but be bad. I'm good with an mulitmeter i have a model 87 fluke I understand what diodes, resistors values, transistors so if it is maybe a bad cap I might have a chance of making the repair my self.

    please help !! Dennis

    to rascal
I'm impressed, Sat. 1-19-08 I was thinking about my problem. before the problem got worse as the TV warmed up it would correct its self, so I decited the problem or componet was temp. related so I broke out the hair dryer and started warming the circuit broads up, as they got hoter and hoter the problem was corrected, then i had to find the area by repeeting the warm up, then it got down to making construction paper walls between componets. I narrowed it down to three items, two cap's. and a transistor looking item with three legs and a heat sink, now I had to heat each one up , using a solidering iron carefully, Well it was the transistor looking item on the heat sink part # 7809 made by jrc I looked it up on the internet and found it to be a 9v Reg. IC. So Rascal you hit the nail right on the head !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Thanks Dennis

I would really appreciate the way you ask your question..

Possible vertical circuit, or maybe 9vReg IC. Suggest call for service. Do whatever it takes to demonstrate the problem(s) to the tech.

The radiator cap is on the box on the box on the firewall not on the radiator but never heated up before he added the other hose n it looks backwards top hose on box to bottom of radiator n vise versa I...

the top box as your calling it is the coolant expansion vessel and the cap is obviously for topping up coolant, the hose on the top of this vessel is the hose that carries the expanded coolant from the engine so that there is not to high a build up of pressure, the hose at the bottom of expansion vessel goes to the bottom hose via another set of hoses which link up the heater matrix, there is a top and bottom hose on the radiator , the top goes to the engine with the thermostat inline ,the bottom hose goes to the water pump for circulation .let me know your vehicle make and model , year etc and i'll find a diagram for you

The needle won't pick up the bobbin thread? Seems

I think you mean the shuttle is not picking up the top thread. There are many reasons why this can happen. The best way to find out which is to leave the cover off the bobbin compartment and turn the machine slowly by hand while watching things happen for a few cycles - best to have a piece of material in place as well (but not in your line of sight).
As the needle begins to rise, the top thread should form a loop for the shuttle to pick up. If no loop forms, the needle could be too fat for the thread, the thread could be sticking to the needle, the pick-up arm could be out of time (unlikely), or the thread tension could be wrong (or the machine not threaded correctly).
If a loop forms, but the shuttle does not pick up up, the needle could be bent (take it off and roll it on a flat surface),or in backwards (loop forming opposite to shuttle), or the material (or your manner of feeding it) causing the needle to be deflected away from the shuttle. On some machines, it is also possible to loosen a clamp and move the shuttle closer to the needle, but obviously that is a last resort (unless it has come loose or been forced away).
There are other possibilities, but usually it's the simplest thing. Try changing the needle?

Heater/ac door actuator isnt workin right. air coming out of bottom and top vent but not from the face vents. keep switchin control to switch vents. only goes to bottom and to the windshield vents.

Sounds like either the computer that controls the auto climate control has gone out or you could have a vacuum leak. I would definitely check the vacuum leak first. I took my 98 Lesabre to a repair shop several years ago for the same problem. When I picked it up they told me my computer was out and it would cost around $600 to fix. As an alternative, they had unhooked and rerouoted vacuum lines, breaking a tube off the controls under the right side of the dash. They told me that they would have to remove my glove box each spring and fall and reconnect the vacuum lines to change the airflow from floor to dash and vise versa. My fix was to run the lines under the dash just beneath the ash tray and connect shut off valves to the vacuum lines. Now when I need to use the AC I can change the flow of the vacuum by simply turning these two valves so that the flow changes from floor to dash or back. I know this is pretty jack leg but the damage had been done and this has actually worked pretty good.

I have a Hitachi 50DX10B 2001 model it has lines rolling from top to bottom and appear lighter than the actual picture this problem comes and goes

A photo may tell what the problem is---do you have the same trouble with a DVD etc playing? Faint lines moving bottom to top could be a bad cable lead with a poor ground(shield) If it never does it with a DVD thru one of the rear inputs--suspect a problem with a cable wire connected to the set.

My lens is stuck!!!

Your lens frame - that which moves out when the camera opens is probable bent. Looking down at it from the top and sides, does it look bent? By grasping is firmly but not hard try softly to bend the lens frame in the opposite direction, carefully.

Need help desperately!!!

A rolling picture means it is either not getting a good signal (possibly a bad cable or connection), or it is receiving interferrence from another device you have connected. Try disconnecting other devices or turn the power off to other devices and see if the rolling goes away. If you have Y cables connecting two devices it can cause this kind of interferrence even if the second device is not turned on.

When viewing images on TV the picture is vertically rolling.

Check the video setting in the set-up menu. It may be set to PAL if you are on the NTSC system, or vice versa. Also check the TV input to ensure your're on the correct channel.
