Could be the belt has failed, you need to remove tho top cover, and check to see if the drive belt is intact, grasp the belt and see if it is o/k.
Another way to check is turn the drum from inside and it should go round., if not, then it is probably the belt.
Hope this helps.

Hi my creda t522vw dryer door won't close

Hi,

This has happened on some of the front load commercial dryers in one of my building. The door alignment pin that mates with the latch was not meeting in the center of the latch. On one of the dryers the latch pin broke, I replaced the pin and thought I had fixed the problem. After a second parts search and realizing how much work it would be to open the front of the dryer to replace the hinge, I opened the door just enough to clear the housing and lifted up on the latch end of the door to try to bend the hinges back up. I had to pull up with more force than expected, but the door alignment was better and the latch mated properly. I then got out my RED Sharpie and wrote on the top of the, "PLEASE DON'T LEAN ON THE DOOR" The problem has not returned.

I hope this was helpful.

I have a Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator which stopped cooling the lower section while the top section stays frozen. I can hear it run through it's cycle but no freezer fan comes on. What would cause...

the evaporator fan is not spinning. the coil is getting too cold because the fan is not circulating the air across it. defrost it and see if the fan works. If not, they are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. There is an access cover on the back wall of the freezer. remove it, and the fan is right behind it.

Creda R335NW Fridge/Freezer. The fridge section is not cooling down anymore, The freezer is working ok. Any ideas please?

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.

Fluff escaping from my Creda Simplicity Dryer T522VW

You don't say how much fluff is escaping, but some things to check are -

1) That the lint screen is fully seated into the top of the dryer vent
2) All the way to where it discharges the house, is clean and free of restriction
3) Check that the dryer door gasket and lint screen cover gasket's are in good condition and do not allow air leakage.

Make certain the flex duct leading from the back of the dryer is connected tightly to the dryer and the vent duct, and make sure the flex duct is not split or broken.
