Question about JVC XL-SV22 CD Player
Check that it is in NTSC mode not PAL, switch is on the back

Wow! You solved it! Saved me a few dollars and got it fixed right now. I never would have thought of the NTSC switch. It must have been moved by accident.Thanks "rrbb".
