Alot of universal remotes don't list all the codes that thier remotes are capable of transmitting. Find a universal remote that has manual code search and you should be able to find one for your ILO. The RCA universal remote Model number RCU404
which is widely available should get the job done and is very easy to program and is low cost ( about 9.00 ).

turn on manually your set (tv), push the code button on your remote control until led light, release the button, the led still ligth. push the tv button one pulse, push the power button several times until tv turn off. when this happen push enter button... try turn on the tv with remote control.
There are 2 types of replacement remotes. A universal remote is preprogrammed for a sub-set of all TVs, VCRs, and DVDs. A programmable remote will capture the codes from your existing remote and store them.
So a universal requires you to look up the code in its manual and enter it while holding a button or possibly to try each code with a button push or more each time (a lot) or stop it when it reaches your code (easier). Some codes may work only a few buttons. You may need to try more than one code to make sure on/off 0-9 volume mute recall and hopefully source/input * # and cancel buttons all work.
A programmable requires you to have the original remote or go somewhere that has one and ask to program yours from it.
So which do you have? You do have the manual or can look at one somewhere?
look in back of remote where you put battiers there should be a sticker that will say this... turn tv on press and hold set button tell it blinks or stays lit push tv on remote push on and off tell tv shuts off press enter now you should have it
The code for the Sylvania 6432te 32" TV with the "Innovage products- Jumbo universal remote" is 189. you push and hold down the code search button, when the light starts to flash, hit tv, then the number "189". Finally, push the power button off on the remote control. if the tv turns off, then it worked. :)
Try with the philips this method:
Manually turn on the tv or the device to be controlled.
Push and hold the code search button until the red lights stand. Now release the button push and release the tv button, then you got to push and release the on off button until the device turn off stop push and release the enter button.
You might need to push the on off button 1 to 150 times.
i would go to the rca website and check with them there is a way to do it with out a code from the book i just cant remember the exact sequence,i think you turn on the device then press the devise button and hold power till the power button starts blinking then keep pushing the power button till the devise goes off then you must hit the stop button on the remote right after the devise goes off then you should beable to turn the devise on using the remote
Hold button down for unit you want to program. (TV,DVD,VCR) Then hold down on off button at same time. On/off button will turn off then come back on. When this happens push the play button. Wait 10 seconds and then push again. Repeat until unit turns off. Once unit turns off push rewind button one at a time until unit turns back on then push the stop button.
Your in the video mode so you have to change the input. On the original remote, its the button left of the power button. A universal may not work for this. If you need the original remote, Its available at http://www.remotes.com Good Luck
