Generic problem for all Projection Televisions
Remote control problems

My new universal remote won't switch my tv over to DVD player mode, I
can't watch dvds, and in the menu I can scroll across but not up and
down! It's an rca remote, toshiba tv, and phillips dvd player. HELP! I
can't find anyone to call for this problem.
