Question about Durabrand DWT1905 TV
I have Model BH2004D, replaced batteries in the remote, verified that mute is OFF, volume up to max but no sound. Was watching the TV, left the room and came back and there was no sound.
I have the same problem. Upon opening the TV and inspecting the main circuit board, I found a capacitor that had apparently blown. However I have had no luck locating a replacement for this capacitor. The numbers on the cap are FNR G31D R2.5-4M 125VAC. Funny thing is, I have two of these televisions identical bought at the same time. I opened the other one to remove the cap and check it and it was burnt as well.
