Wont shut off

Hi I have had my iphone for about a week now, When I try an shut it off it goes through the whole process fine then screen goes black, but automatically turns itself back on, everything still works on phone but still weird, It just won't shut off. I have tried holding the home an power button for like 15 secs until it resets but still same problem.

It's usually an issue with the logic board, so ultimately if you
want to resolve it, the logic board needs to be replaced. If you're under warranty apple will likely give you a
new one. If you're out of warranty you can attempt a self-repair if
you're comfortable with opening devices like that, There are iPhone Repair guides
that show you how at http://www.portatronics.com/guide. It's kind of a
minor issue to take the risk of breaking things further though.
