New dvd movie will not play

I rented Rush Hour 3 from blockbuster along with Woodcock and both did not play on my Sylvania DVD player. I did take them and put them on my computer and their was a page that came up INTERACTUAL
ENHANCED FEATURES
This DVD is enhanced with interactive features designed exclusively for use on a computer.
PLAY DVD with enhanced features (that prompted a download)
or PLAY DVD without enhanced features and you can play the DVD movie on your small home computer screen.
I believe that the DVD producers have added the ENHANCED FEATURES to be used on a computer and in so doing they do not work at least not on the Sylvania DVD players.

When I rented DVD's from Blockbuster to play on my DVC850C this week they did not play. I put them on my computer and both DVD's played; however, they had a page pop up on the computer that said:

PLAY DVD with enhanced feathers (This creates download)
PLAY DVD without enhanced feathers (Just watch move on PC)
I notified Blockbuster who said they had never heard of anyones DVD player not working with their movies or only working on the PC and not the Sylvania DVD player.
Maybe the DVD manufacturers are trying to enhance profits and by adding the enhanced features for the computer it causes the Sylvania DVC840C not to accept the DVD. The old DVD's without the enhanced features work fine on my DVC850C.
