Generic problem for all Business and Productivity Software

I just bought this last week and downloaded it tonight. There is an error because every time i try to start installation, it says the program has failed to install and when i try to put my product key in, it says it is invalid. It doesn't even let me put the whole 25 digits in before it tells me. How can i fix this problem?

MasterFirst, make sure you have no office system already installed, unless you have the upgrade version.
Best thing to do of all is to download again and make sure you have a good download. Check the exact size of file to download, then check the downloaded file. If none of this works, you will need to complain to the people you purchased it from.
