Hi I do not know what happened prior - business owner was feeding paper it but the bin got very full. Was asked to empty - have done and removed all paper from the cutter but there is no movement at all. Lights are on but that is all. Can you help please

Feeds, then stops feeding, I pull paper then it feeds again, then stops feeding, pull on paper, thenfeeds again. Loud metal noises.

Have cleaned shredder completely - disassembling - same problem remains.

usually this indicates that the bin has not been properly put in place. On the inside of the waste basket there is a plastic piece that fits up into a slot on the shredder head This is our safety interlock. If plastic tab is bent or broken machine will not run without safety interlock engaged.
