SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 will not turn off

I started playing the default video on the SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3, I tried to exit it or close it, and the MP3 player froze. I've tried holding down the power button, plugging it into my computer, and hitting the menu button, nothing happens.

The Sandisk Sansa is a good mp3 player the only thing is that, most mp3 players that can play videos reuqire a certain format. the sandisk sansa will play a couple types like WMV, AVI, if you have a video that you want on it that isn't the correct format go to google and search for free video converter software. and that should solve you question.
