My Bizhub C350 has locked due a imaging problem. There are solution without change the imaging unit?

It could be the transfer belt that is not cleaning properly, causing a ghost image.

I would first starts by removing the Imaging units that are locked with blue levers below toner cartridges one by one for each colour and use the cleaning tool that is provided on the door (metal rod with handle and a pad on the opposite). When you pull the Imaging unit all the way out, you will see inside a long strip of LED and next to it on left hand side about a 1-2 cm another strip of MICRO LED Array. This is essentially yor print head and it has to be spotless clean. Use the rod and padded end to clean each of the arrays. This will give better sharpness and clarity to your prints. Then put Imaging Unit back in machine and pull the blue stick from the Imaging Unit out-in-out-in. The next step is to do Stabilisation and Gradation adjustments. This can be done in Service Mode. This should improve your printing. If it doesn't then you have either worn Imaging units _or_ Transfer Belt _or_ incorrect settings on Fuser or Fuser being worn.

Main Motor, recommend that you remove all of the image units, shake each one along its axis so that the developer in each unit is evenly spread across the units, so that not all the developer is sitting at one end, DO NOT STORE IMAGE UNITS UP and DOWN always lay flat. Might have already burned out the motor worse case the control board$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

well there is a chip on the image unit that image unit (all colors) you need special chip writer to reset. you may need to just buy a new unit or drop me a line i may be able to get one...

Sounds like one of the units may be bad as the C001A code means that the Color Imaging Unit drive motor is not turning. It would make sense that if you got this code immediately after changing an imaging unit, that if one was locked up it is now keeping the motor from turning and thus generating the code. In any case the C001A code means the color imaging unit drive motor is not turning.

possible a bad image unit. you can try swapping the connector on the bottom of unit to see if it works.

using a post:
1. With power ON, open the front door and locate the small, rectangular hole below the imaging unit removal tool.

2. Insert a suitable object into the hole to actuate the reset switch .
3. The code should clear and a message to close the front door should appear.
So all settings are RESET.

You post a wrong printer nr, you must have bizhub C350 not bizhub 350, beacause 350 doesnt have that kind of code.
In Bizhub C350 that code means:
C12C0: Hard disk recognition error
You have the following options:
- reinstall the hard disk
- change hard disk
or as a last chance change PWB-MFP
