All in one printer does not scan or copy

The all in one printer will show up to scan and the ink level
would have question marks by them. I have put in new ink
cartridges. The printer will print from the computer. I have called
Hp and everything else is working in the computer. X1240 Lexmark.

WizIf the Ink Status is showing a ? symbol after you have replaced the tanks, you just need to tell the printer that you replaced tanks ,
To do that , open your lexmark solution centre from the Lexmark start menu group.
Click Maintenence
Click Install New Print Cartridge
