Missing channels

You could have problem in SSB board the one that has tuners on it to replace ssb borad 253.00 plus labor Repair cost 445.00 use your external jacks for video see if you have the channels then. No more then 2 missing channels verses no channels and SSB cost,I would leave it alone. But if you need any of the boards to this set call 1-800-648-6657 UED

Coax Cable

You need a cable box if you have channels that are digital (mustly the channels above 74). If you do not have those higher channels you can use a vcr or a dved player that has a tuner in it. Put the cable into the vcr and then use the Video and Audio jacks (A/V jacks) and the back of the vcr that say "OUTPUT" and hook them up to the same type of jacks on the back of the tv that say "INPUT".

Zenith tv model #A32B41W

You probably need to get into the Menu > Tuner Setup and set it for "Cable" instead of "Off Air".

Hope that helps...

No remote

heidib, if the front of the set has a menu button try going in and autoprogramming your channels, it seems odd that it won`t go above or below channel 2 which tells me none of the other channels are programmed in. Good luck

Lost channels 2 through 52

I think the low band (Channel 2-6)in your tuner is not working. This could be in the tuner itself or in the band switching circuits. Possibly she deleted the low channels or locked them out. Stargazer

Concierge series 25" wont stay on channel 3

You have to have the original remote. Then go into the menu under channel set-up. punch in channel 3 press add. The punch in channl 52. then press delete. Or turn on the cable box and go to auto tunnin g and let it do its thing. Im sorry , but if you dont have the original remote with a menu button your going to have to live with your problem. Good Luck
