There is nothing in the freezer impeding the closing of the door.
Make sure the fridge is tilted back a little so doors close with a little push by raising the front legs,also put some weight on the door, fill a bottle with water or any kind of heavy thing you want,this will hold the freezer door in place when you shut the fridge door
If this is a side x side , then at the bottom of the door , a plastic " door closer " is worn out . Open the refrig door , and lookiny at the top , at the hinge , see if the door raises slightly . If so , then look at the top of the freezer door , and see if it " raises " slightly . If not , then the door closer is worn out , and should be replaced . You gave no brand or model number , so , we cannot look it up to see if it has it or not .
