When I send the doc to printer the lights even the paper light start flashing and won't print.
I have the same problem Post a new problem

use the auto clean function : i.e. press the demo button for about 10 sec. until all lights on the release ---- it will automatically clean internally. You can read the manual -- this is a LSU error.

Just fixed identical problem. Wasn't cable or the printer or the printer driver.

MS Word documents can so buggy at times. Cut and paste just important content to another word processor or even notepad avoiding any end of page stuff like footers and headers and printed fine.
