You didn't mention the Make, Model of computer or what OS you have? 32 or 64bit version? You can find new and old versions 32 and 64 bit here: http://www.filehippo.com/download_itunes_32/, The 64 bit version is under RELATED DOWNLOADS.
What that means is that when you try to run the program, HP Photosmart, that program, in order to do what you ask, must install a "Feature", or something "It" needs, now the place or location & File, it is looking for it, on a network location, maybe, somewhere, on the internet, well it cannot "Find" the place nor the File. That file is called Document Viewer.msi, this is an Installable program, so if you download and install it will NOT have to look for it. I include a download link for you.
Down load and install by double clicking the .msi file.

Couldn't find that specific error code anywhere. However to give more information try this. Try to burn a CD, when you get the error code go to:
Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer then Services and Applications. See if you get an "error" on a particular application you should as the event viewer documents everything that goes on in the system. Let me know what application or file is causing the error..standying by.
