Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N1 Digital Camera
HIIIIIII THERE , I HAVE N1 CAM AND FROM 1 MONTH FEW DROPS OF WATER ENTERED IN THE CAM AND I CAN SEE IT BEHIND ME TOUCH LCD HOWEVER THE CAM WORKED JUST FINE WITH FULL FUNCTION. BUT LATELY THE WHOLE SCRENGONE WHITE AND THIS WHITE IS TRANSPARENTAS I CAN SEE THE MENU BEHIND IT AS LIGHT REFLECTION BUT IT WORKS FULL FUNCTION EVEN THE TOUCH INTERFACE WORKS WELL BUT ONLY THE SCREEN IS WHIT SO WHAT DO U SUGGEST THE PROBLEM IS ??
Mine did the same thing when I went in a pool with it in my shorts.
I have tried drying it out with a hair dryer but nothing seems to help. I am going to look for some small screwdrivers and take it apart.
It really sucks as it was doing some stupid skipping thing with the zooma nd it would occasionally freeze up at 1.7x zoom I was going to send it back to Sony but now I guess I will have to keep it and fix it as I do not think Sony will fix a camera that I took swimming.
Good luck with yours.
