Ajustment on desk top computer

When you are on fixya if your pointer touches a word that is underlined it will bring a popup. It is annoying and cannot be avoided I think except by not touching the underlined words. It is something fixya has to advertise. I tried disabling by going to my popup blockers but they only have the option to allow certain sites. Even when you dont allow any popups they still pop up on fixya.
