Press the "Speaker" button and enter 728 on the key pad. Then enter the correct time in 24 hour format. For example at 2.56 p.m. type 1456. Then press speaker again and you're done

Solution #2 was really good! I did step by step and I was able to change my time on my phone.
Feature 9 # to change time
Feature 9 # HOLD to change date
Press feature # 9 use up and down arrow keys to change the time and then press feature again and your time will be set on the phone
Dterm time is controlled by the NEC phone system software. Because it is proprietary software, it does not sync with an external time server but runs off of the system's internal clock. Have your telecom support personnel use the ATIM command from the MAT interface and adjust the time.

I have tried the Feature 9# entry and I just a busy signal. I have tried dialing the 728 and also get the busy signal. Anyone have any other suggestions

Can you tell me how to changes the time on our NEC Dterm 80 phone system? We changed time on Sunday and I need to update.
I agree with the other user. I did what the instructions said and it didn't work. (9 and #) and by the way (9 and hold) doesn't work with this phone system either.
Press Feature and then 9#
Press # to select each number and the AM/PM
Press Feature when you are finished
Still the absolute best and easiest setup still in the year 2020! thank you
